What others charge

Most therapy systems bill per therapist. A published plan for one person often starts around $59 to $79 a month. Systems built to file insurance often start around $149 per therapist.

A second therapist is another monthly fee on those plans. PTworker.me stays $75 for the office.

The higher price usually adds sending the claim to the insurer, live coverage checks, video visits, and phone apps. Some billing services also take 4% to 8% of what the clinic collects.

Start a 14-day practice trial

The trial lets the office use PTworker.me before PayPal is confirmed. Card numbers are never stored here.

PayPal

$75 a month. The PayPal button appears in Billing after the practice administrator signs in.

Apple, later

App Store billing stays off until you send the subscription product id and the shared secret.

Privacy

Each practice only sees its own patients. Records stay on the computer running PTworker.me unless that office turns on a share. Keep a backup hard drive for emergencies. This page does not claim the product is HIPAA compliant.
